擒数网 （随信APP) | 2025年北京《米其林指南》新增多家餐厅，菜式繁多各有特色，增添更多选择。

10月15日上午，米其林在北京东方君悦大酒店举行发布会，正式带来2025北京《米其林指南》。这是北京第6版《米其林指南》。

这次榜单有101家餐厅上榜（北京《米其林指南》上榜餐厅总数已经连续两年减少了），其中包括2家三星餐厅、4家二星餐厅和27家一星餐厅，此外还有21家“必比登推介”和47家“米其林指南入选餐厅”。

同时3个个人奖以及绿星奖也继续颁出。

三星：
潮上潮（朝阳）、新荣记（新源南路）

二星：
京季、京兆尹、屋里厢、鲁上鲁

一星：
采逸轩（北京四季酒店）、富临饭店（北京华侨大厦睿世酒店）、富春居（璞瑄酒店）、芙蓉无双......

星级餐厅方面，这次33家的总数和去年一样多，但分布并不一样，同时升星、降星和落榜的情况都到齐了。

今年潮上潮和新荣记保持了三星，京兆尹降到了二星，鲁上鲁从一星升到了二星。

二星餐厅除了京兆尹还有京季和屋里厢，另外鲁上鲁还有王文华和冀娜获得了今年的侍酒师奖。

一星的变化主要来自几家大名鼎鼎的餐厅。

“米其林指南入选餐厅”今年有47家，比去年少了5家。

On the morning of October 15th, Michelin held a press conference at the Regent Beijing Hotel to officially launch the 2025 Beijing Michelin Guide. This is the 6th edition of the Michelin Guide for Beijing.

The list includes 101 restaurants (a decrease for the 2nd consecutive year), with 2 three-star restaurants, 4 two-star restaurants, and 27 one-star restaurants. Additionally, there are 21 restaurants recommended by "Bib Gourmand" and 47 restaurants selected by the Michelin Guide.

Three individual awards and the Green Star award were also presented.

For starred restaurants, there were 33 in total, the same as last year, but with changes in star allocations. Chao Shang Chao (Chaoyang) and Xin Rongji (Xinyuan South Road) maintained their three stars, while the long-standing three-star restaurant Jing Zhaoyin dropped to two stars this year.

In addition to Jing Zhaoyin, the two-star restaurants included last year's Jing Ji and Wu Lixiang. Furthermore, Lu Shang Lu, which was a one-star restaurant last year, was promoted to two stars. Additionally, Lu Shang Lu, Wang Wenhua, and Ji Na all won the Sommelier Award this year, making the restaurant one of the big winners on the list.

The changes in one-star restaurants mainly involved several famous restaurants. Beijing Yu She closed at the end of June this year, resulting in Jing Yatang also leaving the list. Opera Bombana, which closed on April 14th after 11 years of operation, was also removed from the list, sparking discussions about the challenges of fine dining establishments.

The three newly starred one-star restaurants made their debut this year, with the most talked-about being the Black Swan, a stylish French restaurant under Paris Baguette, which officially opened at the end of June. The timing of its evaluation for this year's Michelin Guide was a suspense, but it not only made the list but also saw Head Chef Vianney Massot receiving the Young Chef Award.
